The PAC-1000/PAC-2000 Table-top Tablet and Capsule Counting Bottling Machines offers an alternative operation of solid dose (tablet and capsule) packaging. It is very easy to operate, and does not require any special training. The machine is built with stainless steel and meets GMP standards.
· Equipped with a unique detective sensor designed to prevent missing count to ensure counting accuracy. A dust collector is attached inside to prevent dust accumulation from interrupting machine counting
· Counting speed is adjustable according to need
· Vibrator speed of tablet/capsule loading chute is adjustable to suit required counting speed
· PAC-1000 is placed with two bottle nozzles for continuous counting and filling. One bottle is always in place for filling; the operator simply picks up a full bottle and replaces it with an empty bottle
· PAC-2000 is placed with four bottle nozzles for continuous counting and filling. Two bottles are always in place for filling; the operator places two empty bottles and takes two filled bottles away each time to provide double the counting speed of the PAC-1000 model
