The PTP-E series is a unique machine model, featuring innovative exchangeable punches. This allows one machine to produce at three different production capacities, all by simply switching out the punch. This series also has the following features:
· Exchangeable punch turrets
· Can press round, engraved, and irregular tablets
· Central lubrication system
· Advanced automatic control system to precisely control and monitor the entire working process, such as rotation speed, output, weight of tablets, accuracy, and malfunctions
· Tablets formed twice by main and pre-pressing wheel for a more cohesive tablet shape
· Force-feeding device to control flow and accuracy of powder
· Hydraulic system to control pressure of main and pre-pressing wheel, as well as act as a protective system when the pressure is too high
